YBLC Live I facilitate high-quality, interactive Health and Wellness Workshops/online webinars & Live events to empower attendees with practical yet profound changes they can make to their eating and lifestyle kickstarting their personal as well as workplace performance.

Your Better Living Coach events are a fun and informative forum, with lively presentations and discussions about making practical eating and lifestyle adjustments to increase energy and decrease stress around what you “should” or “shouldn’t” do for “Better Living”.  I use an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment. This approach allows participants to share their stories and interact with other attendees including taste testing recipes for proof that healthy doesn’t have to be weird.

(Participants also receive valuable handouts and recipes so they can continue the learning long after the Workshop.)

A Live Workshop is 1-2 hours. A small group format of 15 to 30 participants is recommended per workshop session. Participants learn
